Also, tutoring provided by Chambersburg Community Improvement
Association.

Pre-Closing
Counseling:

first time home buyers as required by PHFA and financial
institutions
Transitional
Housing:
assist
homeless families with housing and support services to
help them achieve self- sufficiency.
Applicants accepted by agency referrals only.

opportunities for individuals in findong jobs that lead
to self-sufficiency.

mortgage, how it can help with retirement or pay house
tax, etc.
